About Austop Lending

Austop Lending began with a simple observation: most people only borrow a handful of times in their lives, yet the lending market moves every single day. Rates, lender policy and credit criteria shift constantly, while most borrowers get one shot at getting it right.

We started in Melbourne to level that playing field. Our team brings experience across home loans, refinancing, investment lending, and business and asset finance, and we use it to do the homework most borrowers don't have time for — comparing options across a panel of lenders, stress-testing repayments and explaining the trade-offs in plain English.

Today we work with first-home buyers, upgraders, investors, self-employed clients and small business owners across Melbourne, Victoria and wider Australia. Most of our new clients still come to us the way our first ones did: by referral from someone we've helped.
